early bird

i woke up at 7:02 this morning. i don't know why i haven't been able to sleep that well lately. it doesn't help that the sun is shining through our bedroom window and the birds start chirping at the crack of dawn.

today is the big day. we are going over to loretta and dave's house at about 5pm to have dinner with them before the head over to the hospital to start the induction process. so, i guess we will be spending 2 nights with them. although we surely would do anything they asked us to, this is just such a hard time for us to be over there and not here cleaning up our stuff. i am getting stressed out about not being close to done packing up for our move down to san jose. and the fact that we will be chillin' with the kids and not packing freaks me out.

i am off for the rest of the week and weekend. so, i will try to be productive today, and pack up more stuff. we are planning to make at least one big drop off at my aunt's house with stuff, so we can feel like we are clearing things out. let's see how much i can actually get done today! fingers crossed. my goals today: finish my closet, get linens together, start cleaning the kitchen today, get laundry ready (we are bumming laundry rights from dave and loretta).

i am trying to download the photos from my camera. i still have photos from our whidbey trip in may on there. i need to be ready for when the new baby arrives in the next day or so! i am sure i will be on a photo frenzy, just like when annie was born.
